The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, firms, partnerships, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of right of way (easement) acquisition for the construction of a multi-use off street trail on the west side and a concrete sidewalk on the east side of Normandale Blvd extending from Old Shakopee Road to West 94th Street in the State of Minnesota, and interested in providing these consulting services to the City.
