The City of Bloomington will receive sealed lump sum bids until 11:00 A.M., Thursday,
January 4th 2024 through the Bids and Tenders web portal. Bid documents will not be
accepted in any other location or format. Bid documents sent directly to the City of Bloomington
will be returned unopened and not considered for award. Bids will be opened publicly and read
aloud during a live WebEx meeting immediately after the specified closing time. A link to the
bid opening can be obtained by emailing purchasing@bloomingtonmn.gov. All bids submitted
are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days.
Bid Document Access:  Bid Opportunity notices and awards and a free preview of the bid documents is available on this site free of charge without registration. Please note, some documents may be secured and you will be required to register for the bid to download and view the documents. There is no cost to obtain an unsecured version of the document and /or to participate in this solicitation.
