The City of Bloomington is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, partnerships, consulting firms, and corporations having specific experience in the area(s) of construction management agency (CMA) services, including construction contracts, construction plans, estimating, and specifications for the construction of a fire station. This will include the demolition of the current fire station located at 10601 Xerxes Avenue South, Bloomington, Minnesota 55431.
